Appointment Policies

CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointments are very important to us but we do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. If less than the required notice is given, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the full scheduled service fee. Thank you for understanding.


TARDINESS POLICY

Clients who arrive late to a scheduled appointment will be charged in full for their scheduled service, but we may have to shorten your session based on circumstances. 


CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY

Our client lists, emails, and other information given to us by clients are confidential and we never share them with outside companies. 


AGE REQUIREMENT

Guests must be 18 years of age or older to receive facial treatments unless approved or accompanied by a guardian.


INFORMATION

  • Free garage parking available for guests
  • Please do not bring valuables with you or wear jewelry to your facial appointment. If you must remove them, please keep them safely on you as we are not responsible for lost items.
  • If you are new to facial services, please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow time to fill out your skin history information. This will also allow us more time for skin analysis and consultation.
